Recruitment Operations Assistant

THE ROLE: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Recruitment Operations Assistant to support our Managing Directors and recruitment team with a mix of resourcing, admin, and operational tasks. This is a key support role - not quite a PA, not quite a Resourcer - but someone who helps keep the engine running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and filter incoming candidate applications

Format CVs and update candidate records on our ATS (Vincere or similar)

Respond to candidate emails and follow up on interview processes

Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates (basic LinkedIn sourcing)

Provide admin support to the Managing Directors, including light calendar/email tasks

Manage data hygiene across candidate and client records

Assist with creation of reports and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets)
REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and spoken English (native or near-native level)

2+ years in recruitment, HR support, VA, or operations roles

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Tech savvy: comfortable with ATS/CRM systems, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.

Proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset

Comfortable working remotely and across UK/South African time zones
NICE TO HAVE:

Experience supporting senior stakeholders or founders

Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate communication

Familiarity with UK market is a plus
