  • Experience: 3+ years in recruitment or sales (agency experience preferred).
  • Communication: Native-level English with articulate and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ambition: A proven track record of sales success and a genuine passion for recruitment.
  • Mindset: Thrive in a small, fast-paced team directly led by founders. You welcome coaching and are eager for self-improvement.
  • Skills: Analytical, results-driven, and meticulously detail-oriented.
  • Education: A university degree is preferred but not essential. it’s your attitude and drive that matter most.
  • Energy: A “can-do” attitude with boundless enthusiasm and massive dedication. We want go-getters, not "yeah but" sayers. If you’re not all in, this role isn’t for you.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with world-class clients. Here’s what you’ll do:

 

  • Business Development: Secure new clients, understand their needs, and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Consulting: Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and advice to manage client expectations.
  • Sourcing Talent: Write and manage compelling job ads, attract a diverse candidate pool, and employ creative sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Maintain an organised database for quick access to top talent.
    • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates thoroughly.
    • Complete vetting processes, including checks and screenings for reliability.
    • Enhance candidate CVs and present polished profiles to clients.
  • Client Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage seamless communication between candidates and clients.
  • Proactive Headhunting: Actively seek out passive candidates for specialised roles.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate offer discussions to meet the needs of both candidates and clients.
  • Continuous Growth: Commit to personal and professional development, aiming for excellence with minimal senior support.

 

Hybrid Work Arrangement

  • The role is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the office to start.
  • Our is based in Hammersmith, London
  • There is potential for the role to transition to fully remote based on performance and business needs.
