The Chace People team is looking for a flexible, professional Executive Housekeeper/House Manager to join a UHNW Family in the South Western English countryside. This is a hands-on role where you will be managing a large family home with multiple outbuildings with almost sole responsibility for their management and upkeep.

Reporting to the Estate Manager and working as part of a small team, this position would suit someone who is a real all-rounder where no job is too big or too small. You will need to be able to act autonomously as the Principal is often not in residence, be self-motivated and able to use your initiative to ensure the property is always ready for their Principal’s arrival.

The ideal candidate will have private household experience, ideally as a Housekeeper, have top level organisational skills, with a professional and positive attitude. Flexibility is key in this role as the Principal’s schedule is ever changing and you will be expected to be on site when he is in residence, including weekends when needed. The Principal values privacy so you will have the
emotional intelligence to anticipate his needs and requests, being present only when required.

Duties as will include (but will not be limited to):

• Cleaning & general housekeeping - maintaining the Principal’s high standards at all times
• Managing improvements and repairs as and when needed through the Principal’s PA.
• Managing the stocking both the Gloucestershire home and his main London residence
• Running errands and shopping
• Packing of luggage
• Supervising a part time cleaner
• Assisting guests & visitors
• Organising and assisting with social events, dinners, summer barbecues, parties
• Assisting with travel arrangements for the Principal - occasionally have to help with the children's drop off / collection plans

The Chace People team is searching for an experienced Housekeeper for our lovely client living in Marylebone, London.

The family of 4 lives in a 4-bed Mews house and there is a PA and a Nanny already in place. Ideal Housekeeper would be a keen cook and have 5* housekeeping experience.

Duties as housekeeper will include but not be limited to:

• All high-level housekeeping
• Laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning runs
• Wardrobe maintenance and experience with delicate materials
• Packing and unpacking
• Making a list of groceries and other household supplies that need replenishing
• Cooking family meals
• Receiving deliveries and running errands when needed

• Have previous experience working as a private housekeeper

The Chace People team is actively searching for a brilliant Housekeeper to join a fully staffed household in Mayfair, London. This is a fast-paced position where you will be joining a supportive team, with a Head Housekeeper, a Second Housekeeper and a House Manager already in place.

Ideally you will have superb Private Household experience and a clear understanding of how ultra-high-net-worth households are run. Five-star hotel experience is much appreciated and candidates with both Private and Luxury hotel experience will be preferred! 

We are looking for a confident candidate with a positive attitude who is highly detail oriented and with a great command of the English language. You shall be clear in your communication and will offer flexibility as required.

This is a full-time position where you will generally work 5 days a week, between 8-10h per day. Working days and rota schedules will alternate, depending on the needs of the Principals so flexibility is a must! This is a great opportunity for a Housekeeper to really step up and showcase her skills in the highly professional and 5* Household! You will be performing all the usual Housekeeper duties one would expect of such a formal household, as well as intricate laundry care and ironing.

We are looking for an exceptional native Spanish-speaking Housekeeper for our lovely ultra-high net worth client in Florida, USA.

You will be joining a fully staffed Household (with 3 Housekeepers already in place) and you will work on a rotational schedule, covering 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. You will have 2 days off each week and you be flexible to stay longer, or come in earlier if needed. Being a key team player is a must!

As the ideal candidate you will be:

• Detail-oriented and fast on your feet
• Highly professional and Discreet
• Experienced working in VIP households, or coming from a Luxury Hotel background
• Able to learn quickly and be flexible
• A team player who sees what needs to be done

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

• Deep cleaning of full property
• Turndown service
• Laundry and ironing
• Wardrobe maintenance
• Cleaning various surfaces with appropriate products
• Helping other team members
• Packing and unpacking
• Daily cleaning and organisation of storage and pantry

This is a full-time permanent position and a complete package (including medical, holidays and sick pay) will be provided.
